Cancellation Policy: Registrants must cancel in writing. Cancellation must be received by the education coordinator 7 days prior to commencement of the course / seminar to qualify for a full refund. Registrants cancelling between 3 and 6 days prior will be charged $25. In case of an emergency the fee may be waived. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 3 days prior commencement of the course.  If an IAAO textbook / course material has been ordered, the registrant  must pay for the textbook / materials. If the NHAAO is unable to meet the minimum number of students to put on the class, registrants will be notified at least five days prior to commencement and full refunds will be credited to the registrant.
