The New Hampshire Association of Assessing Officials (NHAAO) Listserv is an on-line discussion and information sharing forum for NH assessing officials. Please read the information on the following pages completely now AND bookmark this page for future reference; it contains information you will need on managing your subscription to the NHAAO Listserv and for obtaining documentation and assistance.

The NHAAO listserv is intended to enhance the communication and sharing of information between New Hampshire assessing officials through the use of Internet E-mail. Municipal Officials that are Regular Members of the NHAAO eligible to subscribe include those assessing persons serving in either elected, appointed or contract assessing positions (For example: selectmen, boards of assessors, assessment managers, assessing administrators, assessing administrative assistants, assessing department heads, assessing directors and supervisors and other direct assessment employees). Access to the Internet and an Internet e-mail address are necessary in order to subscribe and participate.

To facilitate the listserv, we suggest the following:

  1. Please include your name and e-mail address (at a minimum) in the text of your messages. Other list members will then be able to reply to you individually, if necessary.
  2. Please use a descriptive header in your Subject line. This will help users identify messages they wish to respond to and read.
  3. Direct questions about the technical operation of the listserv to: webmaster@nhaao.org
