Regular Members:
All assessing officials within the State of New Hampshire, and any person who has attained the designation of Certified New Hampshire Assessor (CNHA). The person must be actively engaged in the appraisal of real estate for ad valorem taxation for a municipal office of New Hampshire government for a period of 108 days in any one-tax year (April 1 thru March 31).

Associate Members:
All employees of the Appraisal Division of the Department of Revenue Administration. Any other person interested in the purposes of the Association may become an associate member. Associate members shall have no voting rights-except as specifically granted elsewhere in the By-Laws.
