NHAAO Education Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registrants must cancel in writing. Cancellation must be received
by the education coordinator 7 days prior to commencement of the course/seminar.
Registrants who cancel three (3) days prior to a course/seminar will be
charged $25.00. In the case of an emergency, the $25.00 charge may be waived. No
refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to the
beginning of the course/seminar.
In the case of an IAAO course where a textbook has been ordered, registrants
must pay for the textbook.
NHAAO is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant (air fare,
hotel, etc.) if a course is cancelled.
